The Bear Hug Cafe was the first response we got, and we promptly set up a time to meet up and discuss the brand audit.

Week 3:

We conducted a brand audit with the owners of The Bear Hug Cafe and got the information we needed to complete our Task 1, which was a Brand Information. We then started making the slides.

Week 4:
This week was the week when we needed to present our first presentation, which is Brand Information.

Week 5:
We move on to Task 2, which is User Persona. We used the information from Task 1 and started on Task 2. After some changes to one of the users, we submitted it. We also started making ideas for content creation.

We continue making the content idea for the posts, which is 18 pieces of content with a minimum of 6 videos.

We planned to film the first week's content this week, however, due to scheduling confilcts not all of us could be there. As a result, Alicia, Geries and Jovan filmed the first week without me due to me having a prior event. I helped out with the editing for some of the videos as some type of compensation.

Week 6:
We then continued filming our content, all while editing the previous ones.

Week 8:
This week was when we filmed the comedy theme, which was the theme I was in charge of. It was a roller coaster of events, but we managed to get it done.

3. REFLECTION

This module taught me a lot about uploading and content creation, particularly the thought and strategy that go into producing content rather than simply posting casually. While I do use social media, I rarely upload content, and even when I do, I tend to delete it after a few days. Through this module, I became more aware of how consistency, intention, and audience consideration play a crucial role in effective content creation. It encouraged me to think more critically about why content is posted, how it is presented, and what message it communicates.

The module also deepened my understanding of brand identity and highlighted why it is such an important aspect of any business. Although I was already familiar with some of the terminology and concepts from high school, revisiting them in this context allowed me to understand them on a more practical and strategic level. I now have a clearer understanding of how elements such as tone, visual identity, and messaging work together to create a strong and recognisable brand. Overall, this module helped me build a stronger foundation in content creation and branding, and made me more confident in analysing and planning content with purpose rather than hesitation.
